These terms govern use of the SPDTrack website and platform operated by HealthPro Academy LLP.

Acceptable use
The SPDTrack platform is intended for authorized clinical, sterile processing, perioperative, infection prevention, biomedical, and quality teams. Users must follow institutional policies, applicable laws, and the operating procedures of their healthcare facility.
Subscription
SPDTrack is delivered as an annual or monthly SaaS subscription. Pricing details are available on the pricing page or directly from the SPDTrack team.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily impact access.
Data and confidentiality
Customer data is processed under contractual safeguards. Operational records remain the property of the customer organization. Access is role-restricted and logged for accountability.
Compliance scope
SPDTrack is designed to support alignment with international sterile processing, infection prevention, quality, and accreditation-related workflows. SPDTrack does not itself certify, accredit, or guarantee compliance with any standard or regulatory authority.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPDTrack and HealthPro Academy LLP are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
