We collect organisation-level account data (hospital, role, department), CSSD operational data (cycles, trays, instruments, BI/CI results), authentication metadata, and basic device telemetry necessary to deliver the service.
How we use information
To operate the SPDTrack platform, deliver audit-ready evidence to your authorised users, support audits, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information.
Data security
SPDTrack applies industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Operational data is logically isolated per organisation and access is role-restricted.
